Days and hours are flexible.
Some kitchen experience and/or experience in a food or beverage service setting is required.

Is friendly and enjoys giving guests a great experience every time they visit.
Loves working as part of a team Has knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation Enjoys working in a clean and organized work environment Learns quickly and thrives in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
Operations Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using a dishwasher or by hand.
Perform side work at the start and end of each shift Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
Portion food products Wash and cut food products Assist in preparing recipes from recipe cards Efficiently run work station and follow all processes Assist with weekly inventory Remove trash, if needed, placing it in designated pickup areas Perform all cleaning duties following the cleaning schedule Perform all opening and closing duties following the opening and closing schedule Follow all food handling sanitation standards and procedures Clean and maintain refrigerators, equipment, and fixtures Fill in for fellow team members where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations Follow all food handling sanitation standards and procedures Hand wash knives Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Swell Cafe LLC Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards Job Type:
