Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services - Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction - Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures - Manage and train hotel staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Monitor and control hotel expenses within budgetary guidelines - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or related field - Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and maintenance protocols - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Proficient in using phone systems and hospitality management software - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team - Experience in budgeting and financial management - Familiarity with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations management, and guest services Skills:
