The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction and manage staff effectively.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in restaurant management, shift supervisor, or captain role.
Assistant store managers will report directly to the Store manager.
Responsibilities Meet goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to Front of house staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual standards Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance Staff schedules for front of house Additional asst.
store manager duties as needed Skills Proven successful experience as a restaurant manager Powerful leading skills and business orientation Experience in reading and following exact recipes and maintaining food standards Customer management skills Strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills All candidates must have flexible availability for the restaurant.
