Summary:
Ford-Scott & Associates, LLC is looking for a motivated individual to join our Data Entry team.
This position will be responsible for the collection of past due accounts and billing for collections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Coding knowledge a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work with multiple deadlines, prioritise priorities, and manage workflow effectively.
Knowledge of collections processes including collection of past due accounts from patients, review of medical records to determine current balances, and collection of payment from patients.
